今天没有刷街，跑圈跑了4个小时

哈哈哈，在东门暴兄门口照的，下午3点就去了溜冰场，今天人不多，跑起来很爽！
5点多，小龙他们打完Hockey，跑回来说去刷街，只有三个人，我就不想去了，他们跑去红树林，我就又进去溜冰场跑圈。
7点整回家，感觉不错，天气变凉了，运动的时候感觉也不怎么累啦！
